Bespoke Welsh Holiday Breaks For The Discerning Traveller

Year of Sea rolls onto our screens on Christmas Day

Posted: 18th December 2017 By Take Me To Wales

Visit Wales Year of Sea kicks off on Christmas Day when the new TV advert will air for the first time on Channel 4 from 8pm during Great British Bake Off and on ITV during the Christmas special edition of Victoria.

It’ll show Luke Evans (right) piloting a classic old seaplane – taking flight from Llyn Gwynant in the foothills of Snowdonia and on a journey that circumnavigates the coastline and concludes at sunset in Cardiff Bay.

There will be a further burst of TV activity between 1 – 7 January on ITV and S4C and it will be available on video on demand throughout January.
