Take Me To Wales

Bespoke Welsh Holiday Breaks For The Discerning Traveller

Exploring Wales on wheels

Posted: 4th December 2017 By Take Me To Wales

VisitWales is out to attract more motorists and riders.

At the World Travel Market it was showing three suggested driving routes.

The Coastal Way winds 180 miles around the west coast overlooking Cardigan Bay while the Cambrian Way eases through the heart of Wales and its National Parks and for a shorter excursion there is the North Wales Way along the coastal belt.

The three routes will encourage visitors to explore areas around the main routes rather than just going from A to B. They are designed to highlight the best of Wales and of course embrace what makes Wales unique.

Visitors will also be encouraged to leave their vehicles and experience the routes by bike, foot, horse riding and any other mode of transport too!
